This building is in fact a renovation of an ancien karaoke building. The facade is totally rebuilt and in continuity with the facade of the adjacent Graphic Arts Museum’s facade. The same stone has been used partially and the rest is a multi layered glazing held by a tensile structure. This glazing system absorbs the natural light and conveys it deep into the building. We teared down completely the floor above the entrance level, creating a big welcoming void, flanqued by a monumental staircase spiraling down from 2 floors above.
